# BizContext.ai > BizContext connects to a business's email, chats, files and other work apps and builds context across all of them: who promised what, what is due, and what needs attention today. It works with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and other business apps. BizContext is for business owners and for sales, operations and finance teams who manage customer, supplier and partner relationships across email, chat and shared files. It is offered only to businesses and other organizations (B2B), not to consumers. ## What it does - Morning brief: a short daily summary of who is waiting on you, what is coming due, and what changed since yesterday, across every connected source. - Relationship timeline: one timeline per customer, supplier or partner that pulls together emails, chats, meetings and documents, showing what was discussed, what was agreed, and what is still open. - Drafted replies: reply drafts that take the full history into account. A person reviews and approves every draft before it is sent from their own mailbox. - Questions in plain English: ask something like "What did we promise this customer?" and get the answer with the emails, chats and files it came from. - Deadline tracking: due dates and commitments are pulled out of emails, chats and documents and followed until they are closed. - Search: search across emails, chats, files and attachments. - Projects: each project has tasks, milestones, a timeline, a calendar, whiteboards and its own chat, linked to the emails, chats, files and meetings behind it. - Project assistant: ask about any project, for example what a delay affects or who made a decision, and get a plain-language answer with the sources it used. It flags gaps and inconsistent records, and it changes nothing without the user's approval. - Agents: more than 100 ready-made agents for project management, scheduling, sales, support, writing, research and more. They write status updates, spot stalled or blocked work, chase overdue tasks and keep stakeholders informed. Agents that make changes ask first; many are read-only. - Project overview: milestones, open tasks, blockers and a written summary that stays current, with the linked emails, files and action items. ## Privacy and control - Sign-in happens on Microsoft's, Google's or the connected app's own sign-in page. BizContext never sees the user's password. - BizContext does not send email on its own. Every draft waits for the user's approval, and sent email appears in the user's Sent folder. - Nothing is shared with anyone else at a customer's company unless the user shares it. - AI runs by default on private models hosted by 2Secure on its own US servers, so content never goes to an outside AI company. Customers can instead choose an outside AI service from a supported list of services whose terms prohibit training on customer content. - When a customer ends the service, live data is deleted right away and backups within 24 hours.
