Business context from your email, chats, files and apps

Know the full story behind every business relationship.

BizContext™ connects to the email, chats, files and apps your team already uses, and builds the context across all of them: who promised what, what is due, and what needs you today.

Works with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and more

BizContext morning brief: Northfield is waiting on revised pricing and Harbor Supply renews Friday, with counts of items waiting on you, due this week and still open. Sample data.

Your business runs on email, chat and files. The context is scattered across all of them.

Every deal, order and agreement leaves a trail across inboxes, chat threads and shared folders. The trouble is pulling it together when it matters.

  • Promises get lost

What you agreed to three weeks ago is sitting in an email or a chat nobody reopens, until the customer brings it up.

  • Deadlines hide

Renewal dates and due dates get mentioned once, in passing, in a long message or a contract file. Then they are forgotten.

  • Knowledge walks out

When someone is on vacation or moves on, the history of their accounts goes with them.

What BizContext does

BizContext daily briefing summarizing a customer waiting on revised pricing, an upcoming renewal with promised terms not yet sent, and other open items, each linked to its source emails. Sample data. Key insights and top priorities: two items waiting on you, one due this week, three still open, and the replies to send today. Sample data.

Morning brief

Start the day knowing what matters.

A short brief is ready each morning: who is waiting on you, what is coming due, and what changed since yesterday, across every source you connect. Two minutes of reading replaces an hour of digging through inboxes, chats and folders.

Relationship timeline

See the whole relationship, not one thread.

Every customer, supplier and partner gets a single timeline that pulls together their emails, chats, meetings and documents: what was discussed, what was agreed, and what is still open. Anyone on your team can pick up an account and be caught up before the call starts.

Relationship timeline for the customer Harbor Supply: the renewal email, a renewal call, the reply promising updated terms, and the open item that the terms have not been sent. Sample data.

Drafted replies

Reply with the history in hand.

Every message arrives with its back story: the earlier emails, chats, meetings, files and commitments, laid out on one timeline. Choose Draft reply and BizContext writes a response that already knows the history. You review, you approve, and it goes out from your own mailbox.

Also included

  • Ask in plain English

"What did we promise Harbor Supply?" Get the answer, and the emails, chats and files it came from.

  • Deadlines, tracked for you

Due dates and commitments are pulled out of your emails, chats and documents and followed until someone closes them.

  • Search across everything

Find the quote, the contract or the spec sheet, whether it was in an email attachment, a chat or a shared folder.

Projects

Run every project with the full story built in.

Plan programs, track tasks and keep the team in one place. Every project is linked to the emails, chats, files and meetings behind it, so the context is there when a question comes up.

Ask the assistant

Ask about any project. Get an answer with its sources.

Ask what a delay affects, who made a decision, or what is still open. The assistant reads the project's tasks, messages and files, answers in plain language, and lists the sources it used. It points out gaps and records that don't add up, and corrects itself when the record says otherwise. It can suggest changes, but nothing changes until you approve.

The assistant answering what a shipping delay affects on a program: the two dependent tasks and their changed due dates, two related items that are not linked, a correction to an earlier answer, and the sources it used. Sample data.

Project overview

Every project, summed up and linked to its context.

Milestones, open tasks and blockers on one page, with a written summary that stays current. The emails, meetings, files and action items behind the project are linked right there, so anyone can catch up in a minute.

A project overview with the description, nine completed milestones, a written project summary, linked emails, files and action items, open tasks, and blocked tasks flagged as a risk. Sample data.

Agents

Agents that do the follow-up for you.

Choose from more than 100 ready-made agents for project management, scheduling, sales, support, writing, research and more. They write status updates, spot work that has quietly stalled, chase overdue tasks and keep clients and sponsors informed, all from your real tasks, messages and files. Agents that make changes ask you first, and many only read.

The agent gallery: 112 agents in categories such as project management, scheduling, sales and writing, including Project Reporter, Blocker Checker, Status Reporter, Escalation Watcher and Stakeholder Update, each marked as asks first or read-only.

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Sign in and connect

Sign in with the Microsoft or Google account you already have, then connect the tools your team uses, such as Slack and your file storage. No new password and nothing to install.

  2. Let it read

BizContext reads everything you connect and links it by person and company, then keeps up as new messages and files arrive.

  3. Get your brief

Open it each morning, or ask a question whenever you need the back story on a customer or a deal.

Your data stays yours.

Letting any service read your business email, chats and files is a serious decision. Here is what we commit to.

  • Private AI by default

BizContext's AI runs on our own servers in the United States, so your content never goes to an outside AI company. Prefer a different AI service? Choose one from our list of services that never train on your data.

  • We never see your password

You sign in on Microsoft's, Google's or the connected app's own page, not ours. Your password is never typed into BizContext.

  • Nothing sends without you

Every draft waits for your approval, and everything you send shows up in your Sent folder like any other email.

  • Leave and it is erased

End the service and your live data is deleted right away, and backups within 24 hours. Your connected accounts are never changed.
