Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the bizcontext.ai website and the BizContext service. They are an agreement between you and 2Secure Corp ("2Secure", "we", "us"), which provides BizContext. By using the website or the service, you agree to them.

BizContext is for business use only. It is offered to companies and other organizations, not to consumers for personal, family or household use. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are using BizContext for business purposes on behalf of a company or other organization and that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. "You" means both you and that organization.

1. The service

BizContext reads the business email, chats, files and other work apps that you choose to connect, and uses them to give you briefs, relationship timelines, drafted replies, answers to your questions, deadline tracking, search, projects and agents.

BizContext is currently offered as early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and early access may be limited or withdrawn. We will try to give you notice of changes that materially affect you.

2. Your account and the accounts you connect

  • You sign in with your Microsoft or Google account, and you choose which other accounts and apps to connect. Your use of each of those services remains subject to that service's own terms.
  • You may connect only accounts that you are authorized to connect. If an account belongs to your employer, you are responsible for having your employer's permission and following its policies.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
  • To create an account, you must provide your organization's name and a business email address on your organization's own domain. Personal and free email addresses, such as Gmail, Outlook.com or Yahoo, are not accepted.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use BizContext.

3. Your content

Your email, chats, attachments and the other information BizContext reads from the accounts you connect remain yours, or your company's. You give us permission to access, store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you.

Nothing drawn from your connected accounts is shared with anyone else at your company unless you choose to share it. We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our Privacy policy explains in detail how we handle it and is part of these terms.

4. AI processing and AI-generated output

  • By default, BizContext uses private AI models run by 2Secure on its own servers. You may instead connect your own account with an outside AI service from the list shown in BizContext. We list only services whose terms prohibit using customer content to train or improve their models. If you choose one, your content is sent to it at your direction, its handling of your content is governed by its own terms, and you are responsible for any charges from it.
  • Briefs, summaries, timelines, answers and drafts are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
  • You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, and for every email you approve and send. BizContext does not send email from your mailbox without your approval.
  • BizContext does not provide legal, financial or other professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use BizContext to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights;
  • connect or try to access an account or data that you are not authorized to access;
  • use BizContext to send spam or other unlawful or deceptive messages;
  • interfere with the service, probe or bypass its security, or access it by automated means that we have not approved;
  • copy, reverse engineer or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.

6. Free trial, fees, renewals and refunds

  • Pricing. Pricing is provided by quote. Your fees and billing period are set out in the quote or order you accept. Fees are payable in advance and do not include taxes.
  • Free trial. New accounts start with a free 14-day trial. A valid credit card is required to sign up, and the service cannot be started without one. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the card on file is charged automatically when the trial ends.
  • Monthly billing and automatic renewal. Your subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until you cancel. The card on file is charged at the start of each month, and we send you an invoice for every charge. If the price is going to change, we will tell you before you are invoiced at the new rate. To stop future charges, cancel before your next billing date.
  • Refunds. Fees already paid are not refunded automatically. If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us at info@bizcontext.ai. We will review and validate your claim. Depending on the outcome, you may receive a partial refund or no refund.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your content as confidential. We use it only to provide the service, and we disclose it only as described in the Privacy policy or as required by law.

8. Our service and your feedback

We own the BizContext service, website, software and brand. BizContext™ and the BizContext logo are trademarks of 2Secure Corp. These terms give you a right to use the service while your account is active, and no other rights. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Ending the service

  • You can stop using BizContext and disconnect your accounts at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; fees already paid are handled under the refund terms in section 6.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we stop offering the service. Where we reasonably can, we will give you notice first.
  • When the service ends, we delete the information we hold for you right away, and backup copies within 24 hours, as described in the Privacy policy. Your mailbox and other connected accounts are not changed.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue after the service ends, including sections 8, 10, 11, 12 and 14, continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer

BizContext is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that its output will be accurate or complete.

11. Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 2Secure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to the service or these terms.

Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service or these terms will not exceed the total fees you have paid us for BizContext up to the date you notify us of the claim. If you have not paid any fees, including during the free trial, our total liability is zero.

These limits are an essential part of the agreement and a condition of using BizContext. If your organization does not accept them, it may not start a free trial or use the service.

12. Your responsibility for claims

You will defend and indemnify 2Secure against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms, from your connecting an account you were not authorized to connect, from your choice of an outside AI service, or from emails you send through the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you beforehand by email or in the service. Continuing to use BizContext after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and 2Secure consent to those courts.

15. General

  • These terms, the Privacy policy, the Data processing agreement and any quote or order you accept are the entire agreement between you and 2Secure about the service. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
  • If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
