Service providers

This page lists the facilities and companies that store, handle or carry customer data so that 2Secure Corp can run BizContext™. Outside companies on this list are bound by data protection terms at least as protective as our Data processing agreement.

Providers you choose, and their responsibility
BizContext also works with services that you select and contract with directly. They are not our service providers. Each is responsible for how it handles your data, under its own terms and your agreement with it:
- An outside AI service, if you choose one. By default, BizContext's AI runs in the 2Secure Corp data center listed above. If you instead choose an outside AI service from the list shown in BizContext, it processes the content BizContext sends it at your direction, and it is responsible for how it stores, uses and protects that content. We list only services whose terms prohibit using customer content to train or improve their models.
- Your email provider. BizContext does not deliver email. Messages you approve are sent by your own email provider, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, from your own mailbox. That provider is responsible for delivering and storing them.
- Your other connected accounts. Slack and any other service you connect hold your data under your own agreements with them.
Changes to this list
We will update this page at least 30 days before a new service provider begins processing personal data. To be notified of changes by email, write to info@bizcontext.ai with the subject "Service provider updates".
